Shipping

How fast will my order ship?
Orders are handed to UPS within 0–2 business days, with tracking. Delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipping. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — on US orders of $50 or more. Every 3-Pack, the Beard Oil Collection and the Ultimate Control, Beard Master and NEVER SHAVER kits qualify on their own.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not from this store. International orders go through our sister site, elturco.pe.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes. Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened oils, balms and waxes can't be returned. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Products

Oil, balm or wax — which one do I need?
How our barbers decide:
• Beard up to 5 cm, straight → oil + brush.
• Beard up to 5 cm, curly or unruly → balm + brush. Oil or balm — never both, or the beard turns greasy.
• Beard over 5 cm → oil, then wax for hold, then brush.
• Patchy or slow-growing beard → Growth oil + dermaroller.

Which beard oil scent should I pick?
The Original — aphrodisiac scent. Moonshine — sweet scent, extra softening. Lumberjack — for medium and full beards. Growth — rosemary and eucalyptus stimulate the follicle and support facial hair growth. Can't decide? The Beard Oil Collection has all four.

Are your products natural?
Yes. Our beard oils, balm and wax are made with 100% natural ingredients. You'll find the full ingredient list on each product page.

What dermaroller do you use?
540 titanium microneedles, 0.25 mm. Roll it over the beard area, then apply the Growth oil.

Where are your products made?
Born in Peru, made in the USA. Every formula is one our barbers use on themselves and on clients across 10+ barbershops.

Orders & discounts

Is there a first-order discount?
Yes. Sign up for our emails and use WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order. It's valid on single items and kits — not on multi-packs, which already include their own savings.

How do I track my order?
We email you a UPS tracking number as soon as your package ships. You can also check it in your account.
